Do you offer bulk discounts?
Yes. Bulk discounts start at 5 or 10 units depending on the product. For large or enterprise orders, fill out our bulk order form and we’ll prepare a personalized quote and invoice. Standard bulk orders ship within 2–5 business days.
Can you provide custom branding for bulk orders?
Yes. Logo engraving is available on Flag devices for orders of 50+ units (vector or high-resolution PDF artwork). Lead time is 3–4 weeks.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Local pick-up is available at BiÄ·ernieku iela 1A, Riga, Latvia.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1 business day of purchase. Delivery times by destination after dispatch:
- EU: 3–7 business days
- US & Canada: 3–14 business days
- UK: 5–10 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
Faster delivery available via DHL courier; slower via regular mail.
Will I pay import duties?
Orders within the EU ship duty-free. International orders may incur import duties set by your local customs authority — these are not collected by Luxafor.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, Maestro, JCB), PayPal, Google Pay, Apple Pay, and bank transfer. Pricing is available in USD, EUR, and GBP.
Can companies pay by invoice?
Invoice payment is available for bank transfer orders, with pre-payment required before shipment.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of the shipment date. Items must be unused. To start a return, email support@luxafor.com for a Return Authorization. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility, except where the return is due to a fault on our end.
What does the warranty cover?
2 years from purchase for individuals (EU regulation); 1 year for companies. The warranty covers hardware defects but excludes software, consumables, cosmetic damage, damage from external causes, unauthorised repairs, misuse, and customized items.
