A few weeks ago, we introduced Luxafor Flag 2 across the office to make availability visible at a glance. Each flag sits on our monitors and shows our status instantly:

A couple of small suggestions for improvement:
Sometimes when I start up my computer, the device disconnects from Teams and I need to reconnect it manually. Once it’s connected though, it works flawlessly.
It would be great if the Busy and Do Not Disturb statuses were easier to distinguish — both are red by default, so we customized DND to purple. Having this built in would make things clearer.
An Out of Office status with its own color would also be a really useful addition.
Overall, a great product with a lot of value — just a few tweaks could make it even better.”

🟢 Green — I’m available. The funny part? I’m the one who had to adjust the most. My flashing ‘please talk to me’ light was quickly voted out by the team. Fair enough. And honestly, the system only works if leadership sticks to it. If I don’t respect boundaries, no one else will.
